Lori Milosevich, CPA, CFE is a partner with Estes, Bridgewater & Ogden.  Lori joined the firm in 1989 and has over 32 years of experience providing financial audit, tax and accounting services for not-for-profit organizations and governmental entities.

Terri Phelps, CPA is a partner with Estes, Bridgewater & Ogden.  Terri joined the firm in 2010 and has over 35 years of experience providing a broad range of tax and tax planning services to individuals and commercial clients.  Terri is also responsible for overseeing the accounting services department as well as providing accounting services to not-for-profit and for-profit clients.

Jim Legg, CPA is a partner with Estes, Bridgewater & Ogden.  Jim joined the firm in 2016 and has over 30 years of experience providing financial audit, tax and accounting services.  Jim provides tax and accounting services to individuals and commercial clients.  He also provides audit services to not-for-profit and governmental entities.

Dan Cody, CPA is a partner with Estes, Bridgewater & Ogden. Dan joined the firm in 2018 and has accumulated more than 20 years of private finance and public accounting experience. His focus is providing clients a broad range of tax, audit and accounting services to individuals and small and mid-size businesses in various industries including commercial, not-for-profit and government.
